Beyond the Case: !DueCourse™

This experience sparked something bigger than my individual case.

I created !DueCourse™, a legal education project designed to simplify complex law into structured, understandable systems. It’s built from real experience, not just textbooks, and it’s meant to help people who feel overwhelmed or shut out of legal learning.

My goal is simple: Make the law clearer, more accessible, and more usable for real people.

I’m not asking for sympathy. I’m asking for support to keep going.

I’m doing everything I can to fight through the legal system while enduring immense persecution/retaliation, while building something that could help others do the same.

If you believe in due process, accountability, and access to legal knowledge, any support makes a real difference.

Respectfully Submitted,
/s/Jacob Whyte

Website Notice: Technical Limitations & Legal Context

Effective Date: 4-25-2026

To Our Visitors and Potential Clients,

Please be advised that this website serves primarily as a Proof of Concept (PoC) for the !DueCourse™ educational platform and legal analysis framework. While we strive for a seamless user experience, the current deployment utilizes third-party hosting (Hostinger) and page-building technologies (Elementor/WordPress) that have demonstrated persistent, systemic rendering errors.

Despite repeated attempts to correct text corruption, layout shifts, and formatting glitches, these technical failures recur unpredictably. Consequently, the visual presentation of this site may not reflect the final intended design or the full fidelity of our content. We ask for your patience and understanding as we navigate these infrastructure limitations.

Legal Context & Ongoing Litigation

We wish to clarify that these recurring technical failures are not merely isolated bugs. We are actively documenting these instances as potential evidence of systemic “dark patterns” and deceptive design practices within the digital infrastructure ecosystem.

Specifically, the inability to maintain consistent content integrity on major platforms is being analyzed as part of a broader legal theory regarding Amazon’s alleged dark patterns and similar anti-consumer design architectures. We are currently developing a second federal case focused on these issues, aiming to establish precedent for how digital platforms manipulate user experience and obscure content integrity.

Call for Collaboration

To advance this critical legal initiative, we are seeking a licensed Juris Doctorate (JD) with expertise in:
  • Digital Consumer Protection & Unfair Trade Practices
  • Technology Law & Platform Liability
  • Federal Class Action Litigation
If you are an attorney interested in collaborating on this matter or reviewing the evidence regarding these technical failures, please contact us via the secure forms on this site.

Thank you for your support as we work to revolutionize legal education and hold digital platforms accountable.

Sincerely,

Jacob Whyte Founder, !DueCourse™

Structured Notes Designed for Learning

Our Cornell-style notes are designed to help students understand, organize, and retain course material more effectively. Each set is customized around the subject matter and built to complement real classroom instruction and textbook content, making complex information easier to follow and review.
These notes are developed with !FocusFrame™ principles and visual ergonomics in mind. Layout, spacing, hierarchy, and visual flow are intentionally structured to reduce cognitive strain, minimize visual overload, and help students stay focused for longer study sessions. By guiding attention to what matters most on the page, the format supports efficient reading, clearer comprehension, and better energy management while studying.
As our platform continues to grow, we plan to expand beyond Cornell-style notes and introduce additional note-taking formats and study layouts. Each format will follow the same design philosophy, combining sound learning science with thoughtful visual ergonomics to support different subjects, teaching styles, and learner needs.
For more detail on the research and principles behind this approach, visit the !FocusFrame™ section of our website, where we outline the science of visual ergonomics, attention, and cognitive efficiency that informs our design process.

Consulting & Advisory Support

A bridge between clients and attorneys.
I provide consulting and advisory support designed to help communication flow more clearly between clients and their legal counsel. Much like how attorneys translate a client’s story into what a court needs to hear, I help translate a client’s situation into the information, structure, and context attorneys actually need to work efficiently.
I understand how legal caseloads function, how issues are evaluated, and how information is best presented within the legal process. My role is to help clients organize facts, clarify priorities, and communicate effectively  so attorneys can focus on strategy, advocacy, and legal judgment.

I also work to connect clients with qualified attorneys who are a strong fit for their needs. I do not split legal fees, solicit improper referrals, or interfere with attorney–client relationships. My focus is professionalism, ethics, and smoother collaboration for everyone involved.

The goal is simple: clearer communication, better preparation, and a more effective working relationship between clients and counsel.

Partnership

Whether you’re an educator, legal professional, or organization, partnerships with !DueCourse™ are designed to grow ideas into real-world impact. Let’s explore what we can build together.

CURRENT UPDATES

!DueCourse™ continues to gain traction through academic and institutional engagement.

A recent project proposal was presented to faculty and leadership at North Hennepin Community College, along with outreach to the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. Initial feedback has been positive, with ongoing review and discussion underway.

As part of continued academic development, there are active conversations regarding expanded involvement in honors and international programs, including potential participation in Phi Beta Delta, an honor society focused on global education and scholarly exchange.

In parallel, academic planning is evolving to incorporate business coursework alongside legal studies, supporting the long-term goal of building !DueCourse™ into a scalable legal education platform.

A formal pitch presentation video will be displayed INFRA into the !DueCourse™ website to provide a clearer demonstration of the system, vision, and future direction.

!DueCourse™ !Evidence Series™

Furthermore, !DueCourse™ is actively developing a structured learning system through the !Evidence Series™, focused on the Federal Rules of Evidence.
This initiative will cover all eleven articles and sixty-eight rules, presented through a streamlined, visual-first approach designed to improve comprehension, retention, and real-world application.
Each rule within the !Evidence Series™ will be supported by focused explainers, simplified frameworks, and practical examples that reflect how evidence operates in actual legal analysis, not just how it appears in textbooks.
An introductory explainer video for the !DueCourse™ !Evidence Series™ will be embedded below, providing a clear overview of the system, methodology, and long-term vision.
