Accessibility Statement
Last Updated: 11-23-2025
DueCourse™ (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to ensuring that our website, services, and educational tools are accessible to all users, including individuals with disabilities. Our goal is to provide an inclusive digital environment where anyone—regardless of ability—can access, understand, and benefit from our content.
1. Our Accessibility Commitment
We strive to follow best practices and recognized guidelines, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, at the AA level where possible. While DueCourse™ is in active development, we make ongoing efforts to improve accessibility across the site.
2. Accessibility Measures We Take
To improve accessibility, we implement the following:
Semantic HTML structure
Proper heading hierarchy (H1–H6)
Alt text for meaningful images
Color contrast designed for readability
Keyboard navigability
Mobile-responsive design
Clear labels and form instructions
AI-generated and user-generated audio versions of content
Flipbook and PDF versions for alternative reading formats
As DueCourse™ grows, we will continue adding features that reduce barriers for users with visual, auditory, cognitive, and motor impairments.
3. Known Limitations
DueCourse™ is evolving quickly, and some areas may not yet be fully accessible. Known limitations may include:
Occasionally missing or incomplete alt-text
Auto-generated audio/video that may not include transcripts
Third-party embeds (YouTube, Rumble, Flipbook) that have their own accessibility constraints
AI-generated images that may not perfectly meet WCAG contrast rules
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, we want to know immediately.
4. Feedback & Accessibility Support
If you experience difficulty accessing any part of the site, or if you have suggestions for improving accessibility, please contact us:

5. Ongoing Improvements
DueCourse™ is actively expanding. As new features, media types, and tools are introduced—especially user-generated content, educational tools, and AI-powered functionality—we review accessibility impacts and adjust accordingly.
We believe legal education should be available to everyone, and we’re committed to continuous improvement.
