Answers to your legal questions, made simple.
What is !DueCourse™?
!DueCourse™ is a visual learning system designed for law students, paralegals, and self-taught learners. It combines
FocusFrame™ visual overlays, Cornell-style notes, and QR-linked expansions to improve memory retention and
attention while studying complex material.
For now, yes — we’re focused on law and legal education, just like Amazon started with books. Our provisional patent
covers broader education systems, and we plan to expand into trades, government, and technical education once the
flagship legal decks are proven.
Traditional bar-prep cards are oversized, static, and expensive. Ours use !FocusFrame™ to narrow visual attention,
Cornell-style sections for structured recall, and QR codes that connect to full case briefs, video breakdowns, and
mnemonic “memory hooks.” Every deck is designed for how the brain actually learns.
The !FocusFrame™ design uses subtle contrast gradients and layout cues that guide the eye toward key information
while muting distractions. Studies in cognitive load theory and visual signaling show that framing attention this way
improves focus and reduces fatigue during long reading sessions — similar to how blue-light filters reduce eye strain
from screens over time.
Not yet. Certification is on our roadmap, and that’s why we’re looking to partner with a JD (ideally bar-admitted) to
co-lead that process. Once certified, our cards will align with UBE and major bar-prep frameworks
Absolutely. !DueCourse™ is open to strategic collaboration — primarily one core JD partner and a small number of
licensing or scholarship partnerships. Please reach out if you’d like to help scale, fund, or pilot our decks.
We’ll need designers, educators, and content builders soon — especially people experienced in bar prep or
instructional design. For now, all creative and development work is being done in-house, but we’re preparing to open
limited contractor roles once funding stabilizes.
Pilot decks are still in prototype testing. We’re prioritizing partnerships, scholarships, and micro-grants before any
public launch. We’ll announce updates on LinkedIn and our official website once preorders open.
We’re self-funded so far, seeking early micro-grants, scholarships, and small crowdfunding through platforms like GoFundMe,
Kickstarter, CrowdPak, and Indiegogo. Each contribution helps us refine our prototypes, finish certification steps, and keep the
focus on accessible legal education.
Attention spans are shrinking, textbook costs are rising, and the education system hasn’t evolved fast enough. We’re
building a system that brings visual logic, structure, and accessibility to law and beyond — starting with a simple
sheet of paper, a QR code, and a better way to focus.
Because this isn’t about pretending to be a lawyer — it’s about knowing the system.
I don’t argue cases, interpret statutes, or replace legal counsel. I help people navigate the space between confusion and representation, where most breakdowns actually happen.
My role is the same one paralegals, legal consultants, and case coordinators have always played:
supporting clarity, preparation, and ethical efficiency — without crossing professional boundaries.
That’s not practicing law.
That’s respecting it.
I do not provide legal advice, represent clients, or engage in fee-splitting or referral arrangements.
